Just about everyone I know has a ghost story or they know someone who does. What is the most terrifying experience you have ever had with ghost? Have you encountered demons? Have you ever saw or spoke to some sort of entity? Please share your stories and thoughts below. I don’t only wish to hear stories from the Carolinas, rather stories about ghost of the world. I would love for this site to become more interactive.

Hello my name is Pastor Evangelist Ron Griffith, and I can help you, I am also An Exorcise, call me at 864-491-9807 thank you.
Aaron,
Let begin by calling myself a skeptic. I have always had what I believe is a healthy perception on the supernatural, mostly based on my Baptist upbringing; spirits either go to heaven or hell and there is no gray area. Skeptical as I may be I did experience something I cannot explain in the Abney Cultural Center of Lander University in Greenwood, South Carolina.
It was an autumn evening in 2004 when some fellow students and myself were building sets for an upcoming play by the Drama Department, playing music and having snacks. During a break around midnight, one of students asked us all if we would like to a Ouija board they had brought with them in their pack, seeming as it was the perfect night for it nearing Halloween. We all agreed, turning down the lights and even lighting a candle.
We began asking questions like “Who are you?”, “When did you die?”, you know, the norm when the board told us to to “watch out”. We asked who we should watch out for and it spelled out “him”. After this response we began hearing knocking in the stage rigging and creaks in the stage floor. Suddenly, I saw a glow forming in one of the seats of the theatre. I was the only one directly facing the seats and this glow became more and more focused and more human shaped. I remarked mid-Ouija-question that I was seeing a person. They asked where and I pointed to the spot. They all were looking the direction and said they could see nothing and all at once they all gasped, each seeing it at the same moment. This figure was a man in olden clothing (1920’s it seemed) and was holding what looked like a program. He looked as though the outer surface of his being was made of glass with illuminated smoke swirling inside. Two of the students got up and walked closer to inspect at the bottom of the stairs closest to where he was seated. All at once, the figure stood up, stepped away from his seat and began bounding down the stairs toward the screaming students. They rushed to the nearest exit and hit the house lights, with every light in the place coming on just before the figure reached them. We were terrified, gathered our things and left.
I have no idea what I saw that night, though it still gives me chills and brings tears to my eyes when I think of it. Ghost? Demon? Angel? Other? Perhaps we’ll never know…
It was a familiar spirit.probably tied to place or he had followed that man.

I had a recent experience in SC. My husband, daughter and myself were traveling through and stayed one night at a hotel in Blythewood. This was May 20, 2016. Less than a month ago. Just after midnight I woke but could not move, speak. I was completely aware of my surroundings. My husband coughed in his sleep as he had a cold. My daughter was sleeping in his bed. Between our 2 beds was the indistinct shape of a woman. At first I was terrified. She looked briefly at my daughter and then I became furious thinking she was going to harm her. But then she looked at me. The next moment she was upon me and I felt she intended to possess me. I was furious and felt violated. I fought trying to scream. Of course my husband and daughter were unaware of the struggle. I felt as if my chest were on fire. As quickly as it started it ended. And I fell into a deep sleep. I awoke shortly after 2 a.m. with a full memory of what had happened. I felt no presence and was able to fall back to sleep. I think my husband thinks I’m nuts but this happened. I’ve had a few isolated experiences with sleep paralysis. But it was always a dream state. This situation I was aware of everything and nothing was “altered” as if I were dreaming. I would be interested to hear your thoughts on this. Thank you.
this was interesting to read. My personal thoughts on the matter would be to investigate further into the experiences of sleep paralysis. That’s what it sounds like to me. As to the paranormal experience you had. I would probably attribute that to your mind being in a partial dream state. I was not there, and I approach everything from a skeptics mindset. Would love to talk to you further about what you experience. -Maxwell Alexander
